Work in a friendly student outreach facility at front reception desk. General office work, Answering phones, Greeting visitors, Word processing, Data entry, Copying, Mail sorting, Processing of mass mailers, Creation of program flyers, Supervision of common use areas.

Friendly engaging personality & ability to work well with people, multi-task in fast paced environment, and strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, data entry, internet, and graphics a plus), able to learn new skills & curriculum of nonprofit “Hillel at UCLA”

*must state shift avails during Mon-Fri, 9:00a-5:00p time-frame with resume.

Barista
Work in a friendly student outreach facility as a barista in busy Coffee and Tea Lounge, preparing drinks, serving bagels, etc, coordination of cash register, maintain inventories, customer service.

Work with people in a “Team Style,” excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, food experience, and/or retail experience a plus. Must have shift options, Mon-Thurs 8:30a – 7:00p and/or Fri 8:30a – 1:00p

 Events/Catering Assistant
Work in a friendly student outreach facility’s Lunch Program (Mon – Thurs) and/or “Shabbat” dinner on Fridays and special events/programs. Customer service, some basic Food Prep and/or table clearing, use of cash register (lunch only), traditional table settings and buffet set-up for Friday dinner & Special Events.

Work well with people in non-traditional restaurant environment, food handling and/or Service a plus. Must have availability for a few shifts during Mon-Thurs Lunch time (11:00a – 2:00p) or Friday night (4:30p-9:30p) and other evenings, on occasion.
