"I Will Wake the Dawn: Illuminated Psalms" By Debra Band: Acclaimed Hebrew manuscript artist has woven together classical manuscript illumination arts with diverse iconography and modern scholarship to produce a strikingly new visual interpretation of a set of 36 Psalms.

One of the most honored Holocaust-related performances, "An Evening with Madame F" was produced for television broadcast by PBS affiliates WCVE and WHTJ. Pianist, singer and actor Claudia Stevens performed the musical drama that she created to mark Yom Hashoah and to commemorate all those who perished in the Holocaust.

Polish-American Conference at UCLA Hillel: Polish and American historians discuss the Holocaust in a conference organized by the UCLA Center for Jewish Studies. The Dortort Center will open a companion exhibit “Polish Heroes: Those Who Rescued Jews” on loan from the Galicia Museum in Krakow, Poland.
