For All Services at the Yitzhak Rabin Hillel Center
for Jewish Life at UCLA:
LIMITED STREET PARKING
Limited restricted parking is EXEMPT for the High Holy Day Services on the streets surrounding Hillel (except for streets noted below) between the boundaries of Beverly Glen and Veteran. Please arrive early to ensure space.
Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense.
- No Parking at Hillel
- No Parking on the 600 block of Thayer Avenue
- No Parking on Strathmore Drive between Hilgard and Warner
- No Parking on the 600 block of Westholme.
- No Parking in red zones or at street meters.

Directions to UCLA Parking Structure Number 2
- From the 405 Freeway, exit on Wilshire Blvd, East. Proceed EAST on Wilshire Sunset Blvd. to Westwood Blvd.
- Make a LEFT turn on to Westwood Blvd. and proceed to Weyburn Avenue.
- Make a RIGHT on to Weyburn Avenue then LEFT onto Hilgard Avenue.
- Proceed on Hilgard Avenue to Westholme Avenue. Make a LEFT on Westholme Avenue to Parking Structure
- From Parking Structure 2; Take West Elevators to Street Level. Exit towards Westholme Avenue. Walk across Hilgard Avenue and turn LEFT or NORTH on Hilgard Avenue. Hillel is on the East Side of Hilgard Avenue.
FOR LIBERAL SERVICES on Monday, September 28:
Inform the attendant you are attending Hillel’s High Holiday Services. You will receive a special permit for parking at both Lot 2 and Sunset Village for Afternoon Services.

For All Services at the UCLA's Covel Commons EXCEPT Traditional Services on September 28th:
UCLA Sunset Village - $10.00 per car per day
Directions to Covel Commons in UCLA’s Sunset Village
- From the 405 Freeway, exit on Sunset Blvd. Proceed EAST on Sunset Blvd. to Bellagio Drive.
- Make a RIGHT turn on to Bellagio Drive and proceed to the stop sign at the top of the hill. Turn LEFT at the stop sign on to DeNeve Drive.
- Continue to Sunset Village Entrance on Right Hand Side. Attendants will be on site from 5:15pm - 7:00pm on Sunday, 9/27 and from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Monday, 9/28 selling parking passes. If attendant is not present, a parking pass MUST be purchased at the Information Kiosk at Westwood & Strathmore before proceeding to Sunset Village. FOR MONDAY, 9/28 TRADITIONAL SERVICE: PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!
- Once in the Sunset Village Lot (SV), take the elevator in the southwest corner of the parking garage to the Lobby (L) Level. Once on the “L” level, the Covel Commons building will be directly in front of you.
- Turn RIGHT and walk along the outside of the Covel Commons building. Turn LEFT at the corner of the building and proceed to the entrance. Follow the signs or check with the front desk staff for further information about the event. Services are on the 3rd Floor.

10928 Le Conte Avenue Parking Lot

If you have not made reservations by Thursday, 9/24, availability in this lot is not guaranteed!
NO guest parking available on campus due to the first day of school.
A shuttle service will transport you between 8:30AM – 8:30PM. The last shuttle will depart Covel Commons at 8:20PM to return to the parking lot (which is open until 10:00 pm).
Directions to 10928 Le Conte Avenue Parking Lot: (Located between Westwood & Broxton)
- From the 405 Freeway, exit on Wilshire Blvd, East. Proceed EAST on Wilshire Sunset Blvd. to Gayley Ave.
- Make a LEFT turn on to Gayley Ave. and proceed to Le Conte Avenue.
- Make a RIGHT on to Le Conte Avenue and a RIGHT into Parking Lot.
Shuttle to and from Covel Commons:
A shuttle service will transport you between 8:30AM – 8:30PM. The last shuttle will depart Covel Commons at 8:15PM to return to the parking lot (which is open until 10:00 pm).
Shuttle Bus Pick Up is directly across the street from the parking lot on Le Conte Avenue:
Please walk to the street light at the corner of Broxton and Le Conte. Cross Le Conte and turn right. The shuttle bus stop is at the white loading zone in front of the Ueberroth Building. The shuttle bus will drop off at Covel Commons at Sunset Village. Please note: there will be a wait of approximately 15 minutes between shuttles.
Once at Covel Commons, you will be dropped off at the driveway between the Sunset Village parking lot and the tennis courts. Please follow the driveway and turn left when you reach the plaza. Proceed to Covel Commons main entrance, which will be on your right side after a brief walk. Services will be on the third floor in the Grand Horizon Room. After services, please return to the drop off location between the Sunset Village parking structure and the tennis courts to be picked up.
