3. Meet with an undergraduate let them know of your intention to participate in a non-UC study abroad program

4. Apply for a planned leave on a non-UC program on the International Education Office website (www.ieo.ucla.edu/resources/nonucprograms.htm) and declare quarters of non-attendance on URSA

5. Submit a waiver of liability, an emergency contact form, a photocopy of your passport, and a photocopy of your acceptance to the International Education Office

6. Take care of any holds of balances on your BAR account

7. Apply for financial aid (www.fafsa.ed.gov)
