We are very excited about our leadership intern program at Hillel at UCLA.  For the past few years, the interest in and participation of students in leadership positions has increased dramatically.  At the same time, we have found that students gain tremendously from training programs.  As an established organization on campus, Hillel at UCLA, is proud to offer leadership roles, internships and jobs.  While the student board will not continue as an elected group of students, the Hillel Student President and 4 Vice Presidents will serve in its place to provide oversight to the richness of opportunities we offer to students on campus.

The Annual Leadership Recognition Forum was created to acknowledge outstanding student leadership at UCLA. Hillel at UCLA is excited to honor successful leaders that have displayed an ability to organize their peers, build community, engage others, and/or work towards advancing a cause grounded in Jewish values.  In addition to acknowledging all leaders involved with Jewish campus life and graduating seniors, we will be offering Hillel Outstanding Student Awards to up to 8 leaders that are nominated by students and staff. The awardees will each receive a $180 check along with a book that is specifically selected for them. Awardees announced at evening reception.

Nomination Deadline: Monday, May 17^th at 12PM.  Annual Leadership Recognition Forum: Wednesday, May 26^th at 7PM.
