Triple Art Opening
The Dortort Center for Creativity in the Arts at UCLA Hillel is proud to present the Triple Art Opening, an exhibition of the works of Judith Liebe, Yale Strom, and Ann Krasner. In her exhibit Far Away, Judith Liebe shares her inspiration to interpret the city in oil painted, metaphysical landscapes after moving to Los Angeles. Fragments by Yale Strom displays 36 photographs exploring the Post-War traditions of Central and Eastern Europe’s remaining Jewish communities. Lastly, Ann Krasner's exhibit Jewish Visionaries in the Arts portrays Krasner's personal interpretation of iconic Jewish immigrants who helped shape Jewish culture, the sciences, and the performing arts, drawing from their Jewish upbringing to help achieve these contributions.
